Abstract
In order to play up the practicality and the engineer property of the Excellence Engineer training program, the food science and engineering specialty of Chengdu University was taken as an example, to deepen teaching reform of “food nutrition” course. The traditional knowledge structure is reformed and a modularized teaching content, which is characteristic of a clear master stroke and highlighted priorities, is constructed. By a scientific arrangement of the teaching procedures, the construction of an advanced teaching models, the strengthening of students operating ability, and the active use of various practice platforms and teaching auxiliary means, and explorative effort made to heighten the liveliness of teaching, a new and scientific teaching system is established for the teaching of Food Nutrition Science.
