On the Present Situation of the Initial Stage of Horsetail Embroidery Industrialization and the Coping Strategy

The horsetail embroider is a historical deposit of culture of the Shuis. After analysis of the necessity of industrialization of the horsetail embroidery and its advantages, an investigation is made of the problems faced with the initial stage of horsetail embroidery: the scarcity of inheritance people; the limited scale of industry operation; chaotic management; too few marketing channels etc. In view of the above-mentioned problems, counter measures are put forth, such as the introduction of Horsetail embroidery into classrooms, the strengthening of scientific management, the expansion of operation scale, and the expansion of marketing channels, thus to explore the scientific developing approach for the horsetail embroidery industrialization in its initial stage.
