By means of research into the property of H-circular matrix and the theory concerning linear equations, the algorithm for square root of H-circular matrix is worked out. The mth root of H-circular matrix remains an H-circular matrix. And mn kinds of H-circular matrices are obtained. In the end, the results are further verified by the numerical example.
