On the Rejuvenation Medium of Tissue Culture Seedlings of Dendrobiumofficinate Kimura et Migo

The tissue culture seedlings ofDendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo became seriously degraded after repeated successive transfer cultures. The medium could be optimized when different kinds of hormones, natural agents as well as Co²⁺ in different concentrations and mixture ratios were used to cultivate seedlings. The results showed that MS +2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.10 mg/L NAA is the best hormones combination which was obviously good for seedlings’ rejuvenation, while the groups with 1.250 times Co²⁺ or 150g/L banana juice also performed a positive role on seedlings’ rejuvenation
