A Reflection on Current Situation of Administrative Public Interest Litigation in China

There exist serious weaknesses in the current system of Chinese administrative public interest litigation. As a new thing, such litigation is still in its initial phase. So far, we have not constructed such effective litigation system, which leads to the blind zone in protection of public interest by administrative laws, i.e. failure to get legal help when public interest is infringed upon by administrative subject
