On New Requirements for Criminal Reconciliation in Revised Criminal Law

Since the revision of Criminal Law, the criminal reconciliation system has been officially settled on the legal level as well as unified and perfected. Out of various reasons, the criminal reconciliation has met some problems, and cannot perform all the functions it carries. Based on the empirical study of criminal reconciliation, we should perfect such reconciliation and realize its value from the perspectives of standardizing its scope, the reconciliation procedure, the application of its fruit, supervision system and functions of communities or townships.
