Research into Elementary Education IT Basic Skills Training and Appraisal

“IT basic skills training and assessment” is the important task of Elementary Education and the important guarantee of information education for primary school teachers. Through questionnaires and interviews, an investigation is made into different aspects of the many problems related to IT skills and a scientific and efficient scheme for IT training and appraisal is designed based on data acquisition and interpretation of results. The Training Manual is thus written and can serve as an important tool for improving the teaching quality of IT basic skills.
