On the Role Conflict of Female Counselors at Local Universities and Its Influence

Female counselors at local universities have been influenced by traditional gender culture and situation. And they have shown more profound gender role conflict than male ones. Consequently, such role conflict will bring them healthy crisis either physically or mentally and lead to the job burnout. Moreover, it will exert negative influence on the counselor staff and the ideological and political education. The female counselors and relevant departments should take some measures to avoid such conflict.
