    Comprehensive Quantitative Evaluation Method for Grape Wine Quality Appraisal

    • Firstly, in order to eliminate the weakly-related indices and reduce index redundancy, a feature selection method of original index is given based on index correlation and factor analysis so as to simplify the evaluation index system. Then, a multivariate linear regression model is established, based on the wine grape and wine physical and chemical index system, on basis of which a comprehensive evaluation model is established putting into consideration the influence of the two factors on the wine quality. Finally, the method was applied to the 2012 HIGHER EDUCATION PRESS CUP CUMCM, and the quantitative relation between wine quality and physicochemical index of grape and grape wine is obtained, the reswlts show that the accuracy of regression equation is 98.49%.
