    • By application of the situational teaching into the teaching of project cost majors, a new teaching method is thus created for the teaching of professional students majoring in project cost. Different schools of educational theories have all recognized and attached great emphasis to the importance of creating scenarios in the process of teaching, which can serve as the theoretical foundation for our new teaching pedagogy theory. And the perception ecological psychology, Vygotsky ’s theory about social and cultural history serve as the theoretical basis of the educational psychology;the “tower of experience” theory by Dell is the theoretical basis for educational technology.
