A Survey and Analysis of Influences of Cooperative Education on Quality of Talent Training in Universities

Talent training is the center of higher education institutions, and cooperative education as an innovative training model, which emphasizes the importance of practice in talent training, makes up for the deficiencies of the traditional educational activities and is conducive to the overall development of students. The survey results show that cooperative education is good at advancing students’ practical capability, whereas poor at cultivating cognition capability. Finally, some suggestion is afforded to the problems of cooperative education in our country.
