Blast Experiment Researchof Explosion Proof Distance Via Frame supported Glass

Glass used to decorate the outer wall of a building is the first to receive the impact of an explosion. The article is aiming to determine the safety distance for the frame-supported glass under explosion of small-load of gunpowder and the anti-explosive capacity is researched about the frame-supported glass under explosive load, which leads to the conclusion that the computational formula for determining the safety distance under explosion in China is too conservative and thus brings forth a new method by use of the blast overpressure peaks.
