A Study of Quality of University Students’ Employment

The evaluation of graduates’ employment rate cannot reflect the quality of their employment. And the view of research of employment with qualitative study as the main method and personal income or reward as the core content will be inevitably replaced by the quantative method, personal satisfaction on the basis of willing employment, and the view of employment quality which reflects the laborers’s psychological experience in their work, investment and quality of output.
