The Filial Piety Study in the Eye of Psychology

Filial piety, as the main Chinese traditional thought, has profound influence on the Chinese people’s cognition and behavior. Psychological research on filial piety is growing in recent years. The article first talks about the connotation and measurement of filial piety, then summarizes the relevant research content from the psychological perspective. Finally, it points out the disadvantages in the present study and the future direction of filial research.
