An Analysis of Comprehensive Quality of Teaching Staff in Newly Built Local Undergraduate Universities

The comprehensive quality of teaching staff bears on long term development of universities. However, there are many difficulties in improving such quality of newly built local undergraduate universities. Such universities should be strict when they employ new teachers, strengthen the training of teachers, establish and perfect the teachers’ evaluation and incentive mechanism.
