On Cultivation of Professional Quality of Normal University Students from a Perspective of Effective Teacher-student Interaction

    • The effective teacher student interaction involves three fundamental elements: two way process, educational content and comprehensiveness. In classroom teaching, the inadequacy of teachers’ quality results in empty in content and lack of education or the asymmetric interaction. This will influence students’ knowledge acquisition, ability training, moral cultivation and values formation. To cope with the above problems, normal university students should improve their quality in the following three aspects: establishing the students oriented conception, laying solid foundation of their major and improving their ability in organizing and piloting classes.
