Abstract
By use of the partial differential equation, a three dimensional PDE model is established for the determination of the mercury polluter source in the surface soil. The diffusion equation is worked out by performing regression on the collected data and thus the maximum point of the equation is obtained, which is the final center of the polluter source. The said method not only enhances the accuracy by 1.5%, but also helps acquire the concentration distribution function of mercury pollution in the region.
