Investigation and Analysis of the Lifestyle of Undergraduates in Ningde Normal University

Investigation and analysis of the lifestyle of undergraduates in Ningde Normal University has been done by questionnaire, mathematical statistics, literature review and other research methods. The result is as follows: About one fourth of the boy students smoke, and a few girl students also smoke. Drinking phenomenon among students is serious, while most of the students are rational in using medicines. A considerable number of students have irrational diet and insufficient nutrition knowledge, and are badly in need of exercise. Most students have good emergency controlling habit; however, some students are doing less well in this aspect. The safety habit of girls is better than boys.
