On the Legal Definition of Students’ Management Right of Universities

The legal definition of students’ management right of universities is the inevitable choice for the institutionalization of universities’ management. This requires the institutionalized construction of students’ management from establishing the perfect rules for the students’ management and improving the students’ management right. However, there exist problems as indifference to the right conception the weak conditioning system in the current students’ management. This has seriously influenced the realization of the students’ educated right and other legal rights. Accordingly, the students’ rights should be clearly defined and the management system respecting students’ rights should be established.
