On Balance of Interests in the New Registration Antagonism

The traditional registration antagonism is efficient in protecting the maintenance of freedom of contracts, but weak in balancing interests between alienee and the third party with good intentions. The new registration antagonism has absorbed some good view from scholars of various countries and adopted some useful ideas of other countries cope with the limitation of the traditional registration antagonism. Further, it pays much attention to the improvement of corresponding systems and the balance of value. And it is connoted with freedom, security, justice and efficiency.
