Abstract
By literature survey, an analysis is made about the priority training elements and their alteration law of the physical ability event-group at different training stages. Results show that there exist different priority training elements in different training stages. The horizontal analysis reveals that developmental degree and coordination degree are two of the major elements affecting an athlete’s competitive ability at the stage of priority training elements; while the vertical analysis has examined the corelation between the developmental degree and the coordination degree at the same stage, which, on the one hand, determines the development level of an athlete’s competitive ability in this regard, and on the other hand, indicates that a higher degree in terms of the two dimensions means a larger probability in the prolongation of one’s sports life.
