On Three Right Law Issues in Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation

The scope of the expropriation for public interest should be expanded to other real estates, like docks. The compensation for expropriation, the ownership concerned and the rights should be based on the registration of real estates. And the objects should be decided by the investigation result. If the losing is caused by the registration department, the department should bear the corresponding responsibility. The change of rights as the result of expropriation should be on the premise of public interest, legitimation and compensation.
