The “variation” Phenomenon in Sino- West Sports Culture Exchanges from the Level of Cultral Concepts

he “variation” phenomenon in the Sino-west cultural exchanges was put under examination from the three levels of the cultural concept, three conclusions were thus reached: 1) in the level of peripheral culture: difference in cultural characteristics of anthropology;2)in the level of scientific rational culture: relative peace against the long period of wars;3) in the level of ideological and moral culture: difference reflected in the culture of “harmony” against “competition”, the pursuit of wisdom against the worship of strength.
