On the Legal Restrictions of Students’ Management in Universities from a Perspective of Procedure

The fact that universities in recent years have been sued reflects the weakness of system in the students’ management. And to some extent, it shows the dilemma of such management due to the absence or the imperfection of procedures. The legal restriction of students’ rights should be done from the rulemaking procedures, management procedures and relief procedure.
