    A Reflection on Raising the Effect of University Students’ Education in Honesty and Integrity

    • The moral education in honesty and integrity is the combination of knowledge, emotion, will and practice. At present, in the moral education of university students there exist problems like stressing disciplined education while neglecting disciplining one, valuing moral and cognitive education but overlooking the one in emotion and will, emphasizing education in morality but ignoring the one in moral judgment. These have weakened the effect of education in honesty and integrity to a large extent. In universities, we should strengthen the practical pertinence of university students’ education in honesty and integrity, the self-disciplining education, the cultivation of moral judgment and practical education of honesty and integrity according to the aims and characteristics of moral education in universities. On this basis, we can give a comprehensive and systematic moral education to the students.
