Abstract
Take high-school teachers as subjects, by use of SPSS & AMOS, the standardized making process of a mental quality questionnaire is expounded in detail. Results show that the coefficient of internal consistency of this questionnaire is satisfactory (0.865); its split-half reliability is 0.821. The confirmatory factor analysis reveals a satisfactory structural validity. A further lateral and vertical survey finds that the high-school teachers’ mental quality stays at an upper middle level, and an unbalanced development of the 7 factors in teachers is detected with a u-shape developing trend as their age increases.
