Abstract

Abstract: On basis of the properties of the elements of Hadamard matrix and cyclic matrix and in combination with the existent number of +1 elements and -1 elements in Order n＞4Hadamard matrix, it is confirmed that such a Hadamard matrix cannot be generated by cyclic matrix. Therefore Order n＞4Hadamard matrix can not be a cyclic matrix.
