    • he quality of school education in rural areas largely depends on the teachers’ caliber and their specialization. And the further education is one of important means of improving teachers’ caliber, abilities and their specialization. In accordance with the need for practice and development, we should reconstruct the content of training of these teachers and probe into the new mode of further education for them.
