Reflections on the Innovative Mode of Education and Management of Students as Party Members at Vocational Colleges

In the education and management of students as party members at vocational colleges, there exist problems as the unwillingness of the relevant department in draining places to do their supervision and the disability of the department in inflow places to do so, the imperfect service, and the weak consciousness of their units. To solve such problems, we should make the perfect combination between the standardized management and humanistic service, between the guidance of draining place and management of the inflow places, and between the consolidations of their units and innovative mode of management.
