An Analysis and Reflections on Important Problems Influencing and Hindering the Scientific Development of Universities

The problems that influence and hinder the scientific development of universities involve those of internal universities, the social ones outside universities and those which apparently are related to universities but practically are social-rooted. To speed up the universities’ development, we should not only find out and solve internal problems from of universities but find out and solve external social problems from the conception, running system and operation in an attempt to provide a good external environment for the scientific development of universities.
