Intelligent Algorithms Empowering the Dissemination of Educator Ethos: Value Implications, Practical Challenges, and Strategies

    • The educators’ ethos serves as a crucial moral foundation for building an education power. In the era of digital intelligence, intelligent algorithms provide new scenarios for the everyday integration of this ethos, new paradigms for its precise dissemination, and new channels for its cross-regional propagation. However, significant challenges accompany this technological empowerment. The misuse of algorithms may obscure the profound value of the educators’ ethos. Furthermore, algorithmic black boxes can impact core expressive content, while reliance on algorithms weakens the subjective agency in communication. Additionally, algorithmic imbalance squeezes the physical space available for dissemination. To address these issues, countermeasures should be implemented from the perspectives of technical governance, cultural integration, subject empowerment, and channel interconnection. These efforts aim to effectively promote the inheritance of the ethos.
