Practical Problems and Their Coping Strategies of the Digital Narration in Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Marx’s Subjectivity Theory

    • With the integration of digital technology into education, the issue of subjectivity in the digital narration in ideological and political education has become increasingly prominent. As such, how to ensure its educational efficacy and maintain its enduring value has become an urgent contemporary task. Based on Marx’s theory of subjectivity, the digital narration of such education starts from the real individuals, fully leverages the driving force of scientific productive forces, and facilitates the free and comprehensive development of the subject through revolutionary practice. However, practical challenges arise from fragmented narrative content, mechanized communication of narratives and technological uncertainties. These issues impair the subjects’ holistic cognition, stifle autonomous expression, and suppress individual freedom. In practice, it is essential to establish a practical framework bridging cognition and action. This can be achieved by condensing cultural focal points to cultivate consensus spaces, optimizing narrative techniques to enhance interactivity, and awakening subject consciousness to foster agency. Such measures aim to construct a sound ecosystem for the digital narration of ideological and political education.
