Abstract
Throughout the Jin Dynasty, the Jurchen people continuously balanced human-nature relations through prolonged economic development. Their balancing was influenced by multiple factors. Therefore, having established their state, they promulgated multiple decrees to protect wildlife and gradually formed a systematic legal framework for wildlife conservation during the Jin Dynasty. This framework became an integral component of ancient China’s law on protection of wild fauna and flora.
