Abstract
The digital transformation of higher education is a necessary path for the modernization of higher education. The transformation is driven by four factors which are social and cultural shifts, technological advancements, national policies, and endogenous development within the education system. It follows a practical logic characterized by problem-driven + concept-guided strategies, system evolution + innovative breakthrough, and value evaluation + iterative optimization. Strategies to advance this transformation include at least three aspects as follows. Firstly, theoretical research systems are innovated to address transformation principles. Secondly, interdisciplinary collaborative management frameworks are improved to resolve transformation agents. Thirdly, technological innovation systematically is advanced to overcome challenges pertaining to the methodologies of transformation.
