Abstract
In some special situations, such as in vibration situations, the lateral displacement has a great influence on the coupling efficiency of the fiber connector, wchich could pose challenges to normal communication. In order to solve this problem, the use of a directional conical fiber connector is proposed to improve the efficiency. In order to verify its the performance, a sample was made and an optical power coupling experiment and an error rate experiment in the vibration environment were conducted. Both experimental results confirm that the new connector gives a better performance.
