Spatio-temporal evolution of high-quality county-wide development in Sichuan Province

Promoting high-quality development of county-wide economy is not only conducive to the effective implementation of rural revitalization, new urbanization and other strategies, but also to achieve regional integration of the important support.Taking 183 counties of Sichuan province as basic spatial units, and on the basis of the constructing a county-wide high-quality evaluation index system and evaluation model, and by methods like the Theil index, coefficient of variation, ESDA, an analysis is done of the spatio-temporal evolution of high-quality county development in Sichuan province in 2009,2016 and 2020. The findings are as follows: (1) the county-level high-quality development is on the rise, the regional difference is narrowing, and the trend of spatial agglomeration is weakening; (2) the regional difference of high-quality development in Chengdu Plain Economic Zone leads the trend of regional difference of province-wide high-quality development; The internal balance of south Sichuan and northeast Sichuan is high, and the homogeneity of development is prominent. (3) the four cities of Suining and Luzhou,etc., had the highest level of high-quality development, and their ranking rose significantly.(4) the strategy of "One stem coupled with many branches, five-district coordination" has achieved remarkable results, (5) the county regions of diffusion type have gradually formed the gathering area with Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang as the center, taking on a shape of "Inverted slope mountain"; The number of polarimetric counties is increasing and they are scattered in the periphery of Chengdu Plain economic zone, while the subsidence counties are mostly distributed in the periphery of diffusive counties; The range, quantity and degree of the time series of infectious counties vary greatly.
