    • The construction of an educational power is the fundamental project to bring about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.And the education should come first.The normal universities have already developed the non-normal majors.And their single goal of training teachers for the fundamental education has changed gradually into a comprehensive one.In such innovation, the teachers’ education of these normal universities has also experienced the dilemma they have ever met.The main tasks of universities at present include overall planning, classification guidance, gradual promotion of universities’ transformation, perfection of teachers’ education to speed up the integration between normal and teachers’ training, standardization of teachers’ qualification examination to intensify the normal professional certification to guarantee the teachers’ quality, and pursuit for the new mode for the teachers’ education in the new times.
