Analytic expression of the M2-factor of a coherent field combined by two beams, such as TEM00、TEM10 and TEM01, is presented in this paper.And some properties of these M2-factors are obtained by numerical calculation.An experiment is carried to prove these properties of the M2-factor of the coherent field superimposed by two TEM00 beams in the end.
