The Relationship between the School Environment& Entrepreneurial Tendency in Local Normal Universities

A sample of490 college students selected from the local normal universities in Sichuan were subjected to an empirical research designed to find out about the factors that may effect on students’ entrepreneurial tendency from the per- spective of school environment. The analysis shows that good school environment can significantly improve college students’entrepreneurial tendencies. Of the many school environmental factors, a complete system of entrepreneurship education curric- ulum, enough entrepreneurship practice platforms, and service guarantee have all played a significantly positive role on the en- trepreneurial orientation of college students. Thus colleges and universities should step up their effort in establishing a complete curricular system for innovative creation education, and a favorable environment for campus job creating culture so as to pro- vide the students with the necessary soil for fostering their innovative spirit.
