A Probe into the Sports Club Operational Mechanism in Normal University ——A Case Study of the Practice in Neijiang Normal University

A case study is made of Neijiang Normal university by a comprehensive use of various methods and in combination with the characteristics and the college reality, the sports club operational mechanism is subjected to careful examination. The study finds that by full use of the resources in the sports college, it is an important approach to establish and optimize the sports club operational mechanism of normal college and universities, by means of depending on the students majoring in sports to conduct extracurricular sports activities among clubs of non-sports majors. By use of the sports club platform, it is very helpful for the sports majors to shift their learning styles and helps forge their professional orientation and promotes their comprehensive qualities, and also is useful for the establishment of an integrated practice teaching model in and out of the classrooms. It surely can shed light on other teaching reforms in other normal sports colleges and universities.
