    TheNumerical Simulation of Finite Element Model in the Shaping Processof Aluminum Cover through the Method of Stamping and Stretching ——Based on DYNAFORM Analysis

    • 1716 printed aluminum covers are takes as the research subjects and the numerical simulation function of the commercial finite element softwareDYNAFORM is applied to the manufacturing technique of printed aluminum through stamping and stretching method. By way of numerical simulation, the thickness change of the cover is analyzed to predict the flaws in producing the covers so as to find out about the changing law of aluminum cover manufacturing process and thus provide some technical experience in this regard.
