A Probe into the Misunderstanding in Employment Choice of Contemporary University Students

When making employment choice, the contemporary university students usually take entering the government agencies and becoming civil servants as their first objective. They think they will have high salaries if they enter the central or foreign enterprises. They only want to go to big cities and the developed areas in Eastern China. This is totally wrong. The universities' personnel cultivating program should take market as orientation, promote the reform and innovation of personnel training modes. In addition, we should analyze the misunderstanding in their employment choice, open some training courses to guide their employment, and lead them to choose their employments and start up their own businesses.
