An Analysis of Lampblack Treatment Status of Catering Industryand Its Legal Countermeasures

The lampblack pollution of the catering industry has seriously exerted influence on the atmosphere and people's life and health. In practice, there exist many problems in treatment of such lampblack. However, there are relatively little items of laws and regulations concerning the treatment of the lampblack of catering industry and the public has low cognition of the lampblack pollution. Therefore, according to the problem of lampblack pollution in China, we find it quite necessary to analyze and probe into the coping strategies with the dilemma of treating such lampblack from a legal perspective. Through strengthening our duties or responsibilities of relevant departments, perfecting the systems of information disclosure and mass' participation, we can have laws to abide by and modes to follow in the lampblack treatment. And we can finally achieve the purpose of promote the ability of the whole society to cope with the lampblack pollution.
