SWOT Analysis of the Landless Farmers' Participation in Sports in Urbanization

The Chinese Urbanization has produced a new disadvantaged group of people---the farmers that are stripped of their land. The problem arising from the fast urbanization has attracted wide concern from all walks of life. The public sports service, as the important part of the public service, can enrich the cultural life of the landless people and help them gain acceptance in the city and maintain social stability. A SWOT analysis is made of the landless farmers from aspects like the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced with their participation in sports in hope of finding some pointed countermeasures to prompt still greater participation.
