    父母教养方式对大学生专业认同的影响:未来工作自我清晰度的中介作用

    The effect of parenting styles on college students' professional identity: the mediating role of future work self salience

    • 摘要: 为了探究父母积极教养方式和消极教养方式对大学生专业认同的影响及其作用机制,采用简式父母教养方式量表、专业认同量表和未来工作自我清晰度量表对570名在读大学生开展问卷调查.结果表明:父母积极教养方式与大学生专业认同呈显著正相关,父母消极教养方式与大学生专业认同呈显著负相关;未来工作自我清晰度分别在父母积极教养方式、消极教养方式与大学生专业认同之间具有部分中介作用.研究结果检验了父母教养方式与大学生专业认同之间的关系,揭示其作用机制,为增强大学生专业认同感提供重要的理论依据.

       

      Abstract: To explore the influence of positive and negative parenting styles on college students' professional identity and its action mechanism, 570 undergraduate college students were investigated with the Simple Parenting Styles Scale, Professional Identity Scale and Future Work Self Salience Scale. Results show that: The positive parenting style was positively correlated with college students' professional identity, while the negative parenting style was negatively correlated with college students' professional identity; The future work self salience plays a partially intermediary role between positive parenting style, negative parenting style and college students' professional identity. The results of the study examined the relationship between parenting styles and college students' professional identity, revealed the mechanism of action, and provided an important theoretical basis for strengthening college students' professional identity.
