    • 摘要: 为了凸显卓越计划的“实用性、工程性”,成都大学食品科学与工程专业在卓越工程师的培养过程中,深化《食品营养学》课程的教学改革.突破传统知识构架,打造主线清晰,重点突出的模块化教学内容,科学安排教学环节,创建先进的食品营养学教学模式,并在强化学生实际操作能力,积极搭建营养食品实践平台和合理运用各种教学辅助手段,增强教学效果的生动性方面积极探索,构建了科学的《食品营养学》教学体系

       

      Abstract: In order to play up the practicality and the engineer property of the Excellence Engineer training program, the food science and engineering specialty of Chengdu University was taken as an example, to deepen teaching reform of “food nutrition” course. The traditional knowledge structure is reformed and a modularized teaching content, which is characteristic of a clear master stroke and highlighted priorities, is constructed. By a scientific arrangement of the teaching procedures, the construction of an advanced teaching models, the strengthening of students operating ability, and the active use of various practice platforms and teaching auxiliary means, and explorative effort made to heighten the liveliness of teaching, a new and scientific teaching system is established for the teaching of Food Nutrition Science.
