    On the Optimization of the Teaching Method for Volleyball Digging Skill and Empirical Study under the Guidance of the Innovative Concept

      摘要
    • 摘要: 通过查阅文献资料,听取专家意见以及个人经验总结,基于创新理念下,结合学生学习的实际,对传统的垫球教学方法进行了优化整合,总结出一套垫球教学方法组合方略,即目标设置法、小群体教学法与学导教学法的整合、自我评价法三种方法的组合运用.实验结果显示:实验班的学生在垫球数量、垫球技术水平、比赛水平上均高于对照班,呈现显著性差异,说明这三种方法的组合运用可以提高学生的垫球水平和课堂教学效益
