    The Cultivation of Teachers’ Professional Abilities for Normal Students after the Amending of Teachers Qualification Accreditation

    • 摘要: 通过对目前师范生教师职业能力培养过程中存在问题的剖析,提出了构建以职业能力为指向的师范专业课程体系、提升师范教育教师的职业能力、加强师范生职前培养和创新教学能力培养等改革方向,探索和创新师范生教师职业能力培养的有效途径,加快师范教育适应基础教育改革的步伐

       

      Abstract: By means of problem analysis about the cultivation of teachers’ professional skills for normal students, it is suggested that the curriculum system of normal education catering for the needs of professional abilities be established, and the teachers’ professional ability of normal education be prompted; the pre-service cultivation of normal students be strengthened and the innovative teaching abilities be encouraged; the effective approaches for the cultivation of the teachers professional abilities be explored and initiated, so as to speed up the development of normal education to adapt for the basic education reform
