    Effect of Different Ce3+/Tb3+-doping Concentration on Fluorescent Properties of LaPO4:Ce3+/Tb3+ Crystals

    • 摘要: 用溶剂热法、150 ℃反应12 h成功合成了分散性良好的LaP04:Ce3+/Tb3+荧光晶体.XRD数据表明,合成了六方晶系的LaP04:Ce3+/Tb3+晶体(PDF 84-0600).pH为9.0时,合成晶体的离子最佳摩尔比为nLa3+:nCe3+:nTb3+=6:3:1.根据荧光光谱可知,LaP04:Ce3+/Tb3+在270 nm处有最强激发峰,在545 nm处有最强发射峰,对应于Tb3+5D47F5跃迁

       

      Abstract: LaPO4:Ce3+/Tb3+ fluorescent crystals were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method at 150 ℃ for 12 h. The statistics of XRD showed that the LaP04:Ce3+/Tb3+(PDF 84-0600)Crystals thus prepared are of a hexagonal system. The optimal molar ratio of the composite particles is nLa3+:nCe3+:nTb3+=6:3:1 when the pH of the solution was 9.0. By means of fluorescence spectra, it is easy to find that the strongest excitation peak for LaP04:Ce3+/Tb3+ appears at 270 nm, and the strongest emission peak is found at 545nm which corresponds to the 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb3+
