Abstract: After a necessity analysis of the standard land price renewal in the Liushi Town of Leqing city, a general description of the connotation, basic conditions and the means of expression concerning this round of standard land price is given. Then an achievement analysis of this round of standard land price renewal is done from the following four perspectives: the level of the standard land price for different land use, the contrast with the previous round of standard land price, the comparison with the standard land prices in other towns within the city of Leqing, the bridge between the standard land price for industrial use and the minimum land price for industrial use. The regional renewal of the standard land price in Leqing was completed by adopting the technological guideline of “gradation by land use, gradation by price”
